Boil Water Notice Issused

Due to a low chlorine residual, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required the Pendleton WSC public water system to notify all customers on Cedar Creek Rd., from ASA Rd. to HWY 317 and on HWY 317 from Little Mexico Rd. to Shine Branch Rd. to boil their water for two minutes prior to consumption (washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, ect.). Children, seniors, and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria, and all customers should follow these directions. When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, Pendleton WSC will notify customers that the water is safe for drinking.
